What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is by 11:00. Our reception welcomes you until 22:00. If you arrive later, you can check in yourself – using our key box and your personal code.
When is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is served from 07:00 to 10:00. It costs €15 per person and is not included in the room rate.
Where can I park?
The “Am Markt” underground car park is located directly in our building. For your satnav, enter “Teichstraße” or “Gugelmeierstraße”. Underground car park: 15 € per day.
Can I cancel free of charge?
If you book directly with us, you can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. The conditions shown to you at the time of booking apply.
How do I get the best rate?
Book directly on our website: choose your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests – the booking is handled by the hotel’s official booking system. You are also welcome to call us or send us an email.
How do I get to the hotel without a car?
Take the train to Basel SBB or Basel Badischer Bahnhof, then the S6 S-Bahn to Lörrach. The hotel is within walking distance of Lörrach station.
When is the reception open?
Our reception is there for you from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00. Outside these hours, you can check in using our key box and your personal code.
How can I pay?
In cash, by debit card (EC card), by credit card or with Apple Pay. Companies can also pay by invoice.
Can I use buses and trains for free?
Yes. As our guest, you receive the KONUS guest card. With it, you can travel free of charge on buses and local trains (2nd class) within the KONUS area during your stay – for example in the district of Lörrach and in Freiburg. Not valid on long-distance trains (ICE, IC, EC). Please carry photo ID with you.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome at no extra charge. A cleaning fee may apply in case of heavy soiling.
Is there a cot or an extra bed?
We provide a cot free of charge. An extra bed costs €15 per person. Simply let us know when you book.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage for you before check-in and after check-out.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning.
Is there a roof terrace?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our roof terrace during reception hours.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free in all rooms.
Is allergy-friendly bedding available?
Allergy-friendly bedding and extra pillows are available on request.
